Dr. G.S. Yakubu

Dr. G.S. Yakubu is the Managing Director/CEO of Avante Property.  He holds a PhD in Architecture (Sheffield, UK), and MBA in Business Process Re-Engineering (DMU-Leicester, UK), with Real Estate development and management experience spanning over 18 years in the UK and Nigeria.  Prior to joining Avante, Dr. Yakubu was Executive Director, at Monarch Investments Limited after a five year stint at Shell Nigeria encompassing key roles as Head Property Management at Shell Trustees and leading up to being Head Location Services Lagos for Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo).  Earlier, he was Head Property Division of United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA), Head of Services at FSB International Bank Plc and Architect at Sparland Limited (Chartered Architects) London.  Dr. Yakubu is a professional member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and the International Facilities Management Association.
