Avante Property is actively involved in commercial and residential property development with special focus on meeting the needs of the high end and middle-level market.  The emphasis is on quality and value rather than size and we are selective on the projects we take on.  We aspire to meet the development needs of an enlightened clientele who care about the quality and dynamics of space.  Presently, the company is developing a multi-storey luxury residential estate at Oniru Estate and a high-end luxury development in the Victoria Island area of Lagos.  Other projects include a world-class commercial Tower and a Head Office Tower for a blue-chip company in Victoria Island as well as proposals for urban regeneration schemes in Ikoyi.
