Avante Property is promoting the development of alternative real estate investment instruments in the Nigerian market. Investment in these alternative instruments provides investors with attractive yields, plus the additional benefit of diversification, risk diffusion, liquidity and professional management of their property portfolio.

Some of these instruments include:
	Real Estate Investment Trusts Unit holders have the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of investment grade properties in prime locations which would be held for rental income and capital appreciation. These units would be sold on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
	Private Equity Real Estate Funds Investors pool funds to be invested in a portfolio of Real Estate investments including companies, projects and properties for optimum returns. These funds would be invested for pre-agreed periods of usually about 5 years, at the end of which the returns would be distributed to debt and equity investors.
