Pade joined Ocean and Oil Holdings in 2006. He worked in Schlumberger Oilfield Services for more than 19 years starting as a Wireline Logging Filed Engineer and later moving to Well Completions. He has held various Management roles in Field Operations, Field Operations Management, Line (Country) Management HR and Business Development Management living and working in 8 countries in Africa, Europe and Far East Africa.
